He's Sick, But Burning
Fat!

Or is he sick of
burning fat??
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! So far, I have
been very impressed with Josh's willingness to
follow MuscleNOW, although he has experienced
some unfortunate setbacks over the past month, as
a virus of some sort caused Josh to feel ill from
late November until mid-December, leading to quite
a few missed workout days, but what should be
inspiring for those following his progress is that
despite battling his illness over a several week
period, he did not stop following the
MuscleNOW fat loss diet routine, and as a
result, lost significant weight and stomach size
during this period, even without exercise. Of
course, his muscle building was hampered as a
result of missing workouts, but his current main
goal is fat loss, and he has proven what I always
explain to my MuscleNOW and Fat Vanish customers -- proper DIET
is the ONLY required element for consistent body
fat reduction!
What, to me, is the most impressive aspect of Josh's
fat loss thus far is that, despite his former poor
eating habits, he embraced the MuscleNOW fat loss diet during a period of
sickness, where many people revert to old,
ineffective eating habits (using food for
comfort). Essentially, he is openly embracing this
new lifestyle, with the goal of transforming his
body over a several month period, and thus far, I
believe everyone will agree that his progress has
been phenomenal. In fact, he should be posting
some pictures soon that will show how well he has
responded, and considering he would have even lost
more body fat during this period had he been
exercising regularly, then I believe that Josh's
progress should inspire others, especially with
the new year upon us, to embrace an effective
eating approach to target excess body fat.
Some may also be amazed that Josh decided to begin
the MuscleNOW fat loss and muscle building
journey during the holiday season, a time when
most are gaining excess weight, and taking time
away from the gym. Josh has not only survived
Halloween, but also Thanksgiving, and is now
approaching Christmas and New Years, having
achieved significant fat loss during this period,
so it's fair to say that Josh had every possible
factor working against him (sickness, the
holidays, not to mention a wife that can cook and
bake quite well!). I believe that Josh is showing
clearly that with an effective diet and exercise
routine, if one has the motivation to achieve
progress, he or she can produce dramatic
improvements even with less than perfect
circumstances.
The journey is far from over, so will Josh continue
to follow the proper path to results? I'll be
impressed if he can survive the next week full of
Christmas and New Years celebrations without gaining
all of his lost weight back!
The saga continues!
God Bless, and enjoy the Christmas season!
